DR COVID-19
Safety Protocol
-
The studio has been deep cleaned, disinfected and sanitized. Cleaning protocols have been instituted and will be done regularly throughout the day and at the end of each class in order to provide a safe environment for both students and staff.
-
Hand sanitizing stations are available in all studios and DR Common Area.
-
All DR staff will wear mask/face covering (nose and mouth) at all times when on premises. Students and parents are required to wear mask/face covering (nose and mouth) whenever inside the building regardless of vaccination status.
-
Any student that is symptomatic or has a temperature registering over 100.4 (per CDC guidelines) will not be allowed to participate until temperature has been normal for over 24 hours.
-
We encourage all dancers to go to the bathroom before coming to the studio. Bathrooms are available for emergencies only. We have added disposable toilet seat covers and students must wash hands with soap and water before returning to dance.
-
All public areas of DR will be limited to 50% of the maximum occupancy and social distancing will be in effect. Class size will be limited. DR will re-route entry and exit of classes to allow for social distancing.
-
Due to Social Distancing, students are to arrive no sooner that 10 minutes prior to the start of class and must be picked up promptly at the end of class. Students will be admitted 5 minutes after the start of class.
-
All students under 11 years of age need to be escorted into the studio waiting area by a masked Adult. For students 11 years of age and up we encourage drop off and pick up. Please be aware that there will be many students looking for and going to cars.
-
If a student feels ill, they are to notify the instructor IMMEDIATELY. DR will contact parent for immediate pickup (regardless of symptoms). Please be sure to have your Cell phone ON and be available should this situation occur.
-
Danc’letics of Rochester reserves the right to deny admittance to individuals who fail to comply with the mask/face covering (nose and mouth) requirements and required NYS protocol.
