Directors & Owners

Rylyn J. Bauer
Partner / Director
Miss Rylyn is a Director and Owner at Danc'letics. She discovered her passion for dance and the performing arts at a young age, beginning her journey as a Danc'letics dancer. Her training and performance experience have led her to work with prestigious companies such as The North Carolina Dance Theatre and the Moscow Ballet Company. A proud alumna of both the Danc'letics Performance Group and the Disney Cast, Rylyn earned her BFA in Musical Theatre from Syracuse University before launching a professional career in New York City. She is a proud member of the Actors' Equity Association and has performed on Broadway and in National Tours, including La Cage Aux Folles and A Chorus Line, where she portrayed the iconic role of Cassie.

Christi Quenell Juliano
Founding Partner / Director
"Miss Chris" is a Director/Owner of Danc'letics of Rochester. Danc'letics originated 47 years ago as Christi's School of Dance and began its humble beginnings in the basement of Miss Chris' home in the town of Greece. At the age of 16, Christi began her dance career as a professional dancer performing, teaching, choreographing and directing for Greece Central and Irondequoit School Districts, many Rochester Community theatrical companies, dance studios and the former Cardinal Mooney High School. She has performed extensively with area musical theatre companies and attended Eastman School of Music Prep and Nazareth College where she majored in vocal and music training while continuing to study dance. Christi has received commendations for her volunteer work in Dance Therapy with the elderly and with students at St. Joseph's Villa. Christi is a proud member of the Professional Dance Teachers Association State Board of Advisors and also serves on the Advisory Board for a national dance distributor.

Sue Masucci
Founding Partner / Director
"Miss Sue" is a Director at Danc'letics of Rochester and has been teaching dance since she was 16 years old, where she trained with Dance Masters legend Lorraine F. Abert as well as many notable mentors and dance greats throughout the years. Sue is an award-winning baton twirler and has professionally taught and choreographed for more than 30 years including the Greece Central School District. Sue has been professionally called upon to act as a casting official and adjudicator in dance auditions and theatre productions in the area. She is a proud member of the Professional Dance Teachers Association State Board of Advisors and serves on the Advisory Board for a national dance distributor.

Melinda Adams
Barre & Fitness
Melinda has been a fitness professional in the Rochester area for over 18 years. She holds Barre certification along with AFAA group exercise & personal training, Zumba, and indoor cycling certifications. A SUNY Brockport graduate with a BS in Physical Education, Melinda brings a dynamic positive attitude to every class.

Tara Allison
Dance Instructor
Miss Tara began her dance studies in 1985 with Danc'letics. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Dance from SUNY Brockport and an Associates Degree in Business Administration. She continues to follow her heart teaching at the studio and is grateful for the many years of being a part of the Danc'letics Family.
Cindy Barry
Dance Instructor
Miss Cindy has been a part of the Danc'letics family for more than 30 years. She has studied extensively in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Acro and Pointe, training with many talented and respected dance masters. Her training also included dancing with Botsford Ballet and studying at Kent State's Dance Program.

Hope Barry
Dance Instructor
Miss Hope has been a part of the Danc'letics family since she was 3 years old. She performed her first solo at 9, participated in both Junior and Senior Performance Groups, and was cast in the prestigious Danc'letics Disney Cast in 2015. Hope continued to assist at Danc'letics throughout her college studies and became a co-teacher in 2021.

Danielle Driscoll
Dance Instructor
Miss Danielle has been a part of Danc'letics for more than 30 years, starting as a student at age 3 and teaching for over 12 years. She was a member of the very first Danc'letics Disney Cast in 1995 and has been an integral part of the Performance Group and Disney Staff since 2000. She is a graduate of St. John Fisher College.

Meghan Giorgione
Dance Instructor
Miss Maggie has been a part of the Danc'letics family since 1994. She graduated from The College at Brockport with her BFA in Dance Performance and Choreography, where she was awarded Dance Departmental Scholar. She performed with the Disney Cast 3 times and recently completed her Level 1 Mental Wellness certification.
Tarrah Jones
Dance Instructor
Miss Tarrah has been a part of the DR family for over 20 years, training in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Pointe, Hip Hop and Modern Dance. She is a proud two-time member of the Danc'letics Performance Group and Disney Cast. Tarrah holds degrees in Therapeutic Recreation and Psychology from The College at Brockport SUNY.
MaryJane Kier
Dance Instructor
Miss MaryJane discovered her love of dance with Danc'letics in 1989. She danced in the 2001 and 2003 Disney Casts and obtained her Bachelor's Degree in History from Roberts Wesleyan College. She is a current member of the Danc'letics Alumni dance class and participated in the Disney 2017 Alumni Cast.

Michelle LaVarnway
Voice Teacher
Michelle received her Master's in Music Education from Nazareth College and her Bachelor of Music from SUNY Fredonia. She has been a music teacher and choir director for over 17 years and is currently a vocal/general music teacher for the Greece Central School District. She is a member of the American Choral Directors Association.

Erin Obi
Dance Instructor
Erin has over 25 years of experience and has been both a performance group member and part of the Disney Cast. She studied modern dance and African dance at Brockport College and holds a Bachelor's in English Literature and Master's in Education. She currently works as the Multitiered Support Coordinator for Franklin High School.

Kerry Marasco
Dance Instructor
Kerry began her dance training at Danc'letics when she was 5 years old. She was a member of both Jr. and Sr. Performance Groups and was selected for the third ever Disney Cast. In 2018 she returned to Danc'letics joining the Monday night alumni classes and is beyond excited to share her love of dance as a co-teacher.

Samantha Thompson
Dance Instructor
Miss Samantha began dancing at age 3 and was a part of the Disney Cast in 1999, 2001 and the 2017 Legacy cast. She received her Bachelor's in Dance Education from Lake Erie College and continued training with Dance Masters of America. She lives in Greece with her husband and two little ballerinas.

Nicole Valbergs’
Voice & Music Educator
Miss Nicole holds a Master's Degree from Nazareth College and a Bachelor's from SUNY Fredonia. She has worked with students of all ages and skill levels, performing in various operatic performances and participating in master classes. She is a current general music and chorus teacher in the Greece Central School District.

Connie Wood
Administrative Assistant
Miss Connie is the Administrative Assistant at Danc'letics of Rochester. She has been a part of the Danc'letics family for over 30 years. Connie recently retired from Rochester City School District and lives in Greece with her husband Ron. She truly loves being a part of the Danc'letics Family and looks forward to meeting new people.
