WHO WE ARE

Danc'letics of Rochester was established in 1978 by sisters Christi Juliano and Sue Masucci. The studio offers instruction in Ballet, Contemporary, Tap, Jazz, Pointe, Modern, Hip-Hop, Musical Theatre, Voice, Piano, Music Theory and Acrobatics. Danc’letics offers a technically based program that instills discipline and encourages creativity.

Our studio offers over 170 classes weekly and provides professional dance instruction for both the beginner and advanced student. Within our all adult faculty, our teachers are well versed and trained in all disciplines of dance and hold degrees in BFA Musical Theatre, BA and Masters in Dance and Dance Education. Our teachers continue to train and study new and innovative dance styles so that we can continue to offer our students fresh and current dance stylings and technique.

We limit class size so that each child receives the individual attention needed to flourish. Danc’letics is a multi-faceted non-competitive studio with a goal to provide training for dancers seeking both recreational and professional dance achievement. Danc'letics provides our students with several educational and performance opportunities throughout the year.

Many of our students continue their dance education and passion for the arts post graduation. Past students have received college scholarships, national recognition in achievement and work professionally on Broadway, National Touring Companies, and Walt Disney World.

Individual success and group achievement are the focus and priority at Danc'letics. We strive to create and maintain and family atmosphere were our students feel comfortable to grow. Self-worth, confidence and accomplishment have every student smiling as they leave our studio. We recognize our role in your children's personal development as well as providing a quality dance education.

Danc'letics believes in the growth and potential of each student, not only as a dancer but as an individual. In 2006 Danc'letics has established the "Miss Edie Memorial - 'Next Step' College Scholarship". This Scholarship is awarded annually to a graduating senior that is pursing higher education.

Further, we realize the importance of giving back and supporting the community. The students of Danc'letics continue to be instrumental in raising donations and awareness for local charities. Over the years our annual recital has been responsible for raising over $70,000 to support local causes including Golisano Children's Hospital, Gilda's Club of Rochester,  and Artists Unlimited.

Danc'letics is more than a dance studio, we are a family. A community passionate about the development and growth of our students.
